Since I was a father when I joined the company as a new graduate, I was initially a little worried about balancing my debut as a working adult and raising a child. Now that it's been a year since I joined the company, I don't have that kind of anxiety anymore (lol). Even on days when I have to take time off from work, such as when my child suddenly develops a fever, it's really reassuring to have a team member who says, ``I'll leave it to you.'' It's really reassuring.
Currently, I am working in a hybrid format (normally), coming to work 3 times a week and staying home 2 times a week, so it is nice to be able to feel closer to my child's growth than if I were at work full time. I want to improve my technical and Phone Number List management skills. - I think he is a person with a desire to improve. No matter what kind of job you have, I feel that people who can talk to someone about something they don't understand, read books, and work hard to find a solution will shine at GIG.
But I think people who can do this can thrive in any environment, not just GIG (lol). Especially if you're thinking of joining the company as a new graduate, you may think that you can't do that because you don't have any working experience... I believe that the experience of taking initiative and taking leadership in team-based classes, clubs, part-time jobs, etc. will be useful even after entering the workforce. -Please tell us what you would like to try at GIG from now on. Of course I want to improve my technical skills as an engineer, but I also want to become a person who can act with leadership. After spending a year as a working adult, I realized that I like the process of talking to people and working together to solve problems.
